The problem

Organisations that distribute money — grant-making foundations, scholarship bodies, lenders — run on deadlines, committees and audit trails. Most were doing it in spreadsheets and email: applications in one inbox, reviewer scores in another, decisions in a meeting nobody minuted properly. It is slow for applicants, opaque for reviewers, and a nightmark at audit time.

What we built

A cloud platform with three product lines sharing one spine: grantmaking, award and scholarship management, and loan administration — covering the full lifecycle from application through review, decision, disbursement and monitoring.

The interesting part

Money-distribution software lives or dies on transparency under scrutiny. Any developer can build a form. The difficulty is the audit trail: who saw what, who scored what, who decided, when, and can you prove it two years later when someone challenges the outcome. That constraint shapes the entire data model — you cannot bolt it on afterwards, which is exactly what most in-house builds discover too late.
